Sifu Liang Dehua - Online Taiji Academy
Sifu Liang is our primary teacher, based in Thailand. For detailed instructional modules and structured video breakdowns of form, posture, and internal martial principles, explore taijiacademy.online. You can subscribe to his videos on a monthly or annual basis, and there is a good amount of free content as well. Highly recommended for students looking to expand and deepen their weekly practice between classes. You can also follow Sifu on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/liangdehuataiji

Internal arts and Daoist traditions
There are other excellent teachers of internal martial arts through which you can deepen your comprehension of authentic Daoist meditation, Neigong, and traditional internal cultivation. Two teachers in particular that are highly recommended are Damo Mitchell at damomitchell.com, and Bruce Frantzis at energyarts.com.

Modern science and connective anatomy
Contemporary medical research continues to illuminate the physiological mechanisms underlying internal movement, fascia health, and energy channels. We recommend reading the insightful New York Times Magazine article on the interstitium, anatomy, and acupuncture medicine to discover how modern clinical research connects with traditional bodily awareness.
