Steve Tchang has taught Tai Chi for 25 years and has had extensive experience in training and teaching other martial arts for over 46 years. He is a 4th generation "indoor" student in Bak Hsing Fut Gar gung fu (a blended kung fu style of Shaolin and Choy Li Fut), and holds several black belt degrees from different traditions of karate. Steve has recently retired after 32 years as a police officer, and now devotes his time to Tai Chi, golf, and volunteer work.

Dinesh S. Parakh has been studying Tai Chi with Sifu Steve Tchang on an intensive personal basis since 2020. He has studied the martial arts since 2010 and holds a second degree black belt in Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate. Since he was a teenager, Dinesh has had a deep and abiding interest in transformational Indian and Chinese esoteric sciences (sciences, which, despite their origins, belong to all of humanity). He has a background in law and government, and is an active member of the community.
